This is how to make a delicious fried meatpie INGREDIENTS FOR MEATPIE Pie dough *500 grams all purpose flour (4 cups *1/2 Tspn salt *1/2 Tspn Baking powder *150 grams margarine *1-2 Tbspn Sugar *1 tbspn milk powder (highly optional) *220mL- 1 cup (250ml) cold water (pour it in gradually till it forms a dough) ♦️PIE FILLING *1 kilo ground beef /minced beef *2-3 small size potato (diced) *2 medium carrot (diced *1 medium size onion (diced) *3-4 scotch bonnet pepper (chopped) *1 small size green pepper(optional) or spring onions *½ teaspoon Curry *½ teaspoon Thyme *2-3 Tbspn Vegetable oil *1/2 teaspoon salt *1 seasoning cube Bouillon cube (to taste) SLURRY *1-2 tablespoons flour *1/2 cup water You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
