Wrestling Bios Presents - Looking Back at WWF Magazine Adverts The WWE today uses many different avenues for content delivery. Through the WWE Network, Television and their website, the WWE is able to put their products right in front of potential customers via advertising through their content channels. E-Commerce is now easy for the WWE, but back in the day, the WWF (and most other companies) would use printed media to advertise their merchandise. Before the days of clicking onto a website and making a purchase, we had to use mail order or, get this, go to a shop to buy our WWE goods. Through the WWF Magazine, Vince McMahon would push all sorts of products onto potential buyers, from clothing to videos, vitamins to action figures. It's quite interesting to go back and look at some of these adverts today and see what we were asking our parent's to buy for us. It's even more fascinating to look at the products that WWF Superstars endorsed through the pages of the WWF Magazine. This video looks at some of these unintentionally hilarious products and advertisements.
