Welsh creative studio UNIFY co-founders Yusuf Ismail and Shaqi Hasson share how they are redefining Welshness and opening up the creative industries in Wales to be more inclusive and accessible. Their ground-breaking art installation “My City, My Shirt”, depicting Black, Asian and ethnically diverse Cardiff residents wearing the Cardiff City FC shirt, challenged traditional narratives and led to high-profile collaborations with global brands including Adidas and WWE.
