This tune has been popularized in the past by iconic singers such as Khanum Zhila in Kabul and Khurma Shireen in Tajikistan. Zeb and Shamali bring the North Kabul ‘Logar’ music style and flavor in their sweet rendition of this folk classic. The dwellers of this makeshift town may have left their country but they bring with them the color, the vibrancy and the romance of their home wherever they go.
