I loved Pathologic 2 and was excited for Pathologic 3, but the game's just bad. Rally, really, really, really, really bad. I don't think this can be salvaged no matter how many patches they throw at it. Pathologic 3's gameplay is dull and overcomplicated and it's story is more of the same, and that's when everything feels like working... and then I made a horrible discovery.
