Teaching in our Beginner Level Muay Thai Class, Kru Fahsuchon shows some defences and follow up counters that can be used against an opponent's body kicks and teeps 🛡️ Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session.
