Brandi Wine vs Kellie Skater

The Rate Tank has her hands full as she faces a tough challenge in Brandi Wine. Kellie immediately finds out how tough when Brandi grabs a handful of hair right after the lockup. Skater tries to counter with her technical expertise, reversing a Hammerlock and locking in a Full Nelson. But Brandi escapes, drops Kellie with a nasty European uppercut, and traps her in a Dragon Sleeper. Brandi doesn't shy away from some rulebreaking, choking Kellie and making illegal use of the ropes. She then locks Skater in a modified STF, but Kellie won't give up just yet. Skater gets back into the fight with forearms and a Camel Clutch, before Brandi displays her strength when she powers out of the hold by lifting Kellie on her back and ramming her into the turnbuckle. Brandi follows that up with a Bearhug before hanging Kellie upside down in the Tree of Woe and blasting her with kicks. Brandi goes back to the STF and the Bearhug to try and squeeze a submission out of her adversary, but Kellie is resilient and has some submission skills of her own. This one ends when one competitor has to give up after a head and arm choke variation.
