OSM Class #14: Mae Mai Muaythai with Ajahn Chao every Friday

Ajahn Chao teams up with Kru Id who helps Ajahn Chao demonstrate this Friday’s Mae Mai Muaythai. Ajahn Chao goes over the last 3 Mae Mai and introduces the fourth: - Inao Tangrit – defend a strike from the outside and strike elbow to chest - Yo kao pra sumade – Himalaya mountain – avoiding jab by bending (and moving forward at the same time) and striking with rear uppercut or punch. - Sah tin kam fak – defending cross by using lead hand to drive the hand up and strike with punch - Mon jian lak – using the teep to defend a hand strike or kick - Bak look toi – defending kick with a double elbow followed by spinning back elbow
