Miriam Nakamoto is one of the most talented fighters in American history. Coming out of the super gym CSA, she had an undefeated pro Muay Thai record of 16-0, winning 8 world titles in a short amount of time. Prior to that, she was a golden gloves champion and handed a dominant boxing world champion her first loss. However, the reason you don't know her as well as someone like Rhonda Rousey or Gina Carano is because she tore her knee in 2013 and never recovered. She had already been offered to join the UFC and offered big fights, but unfortunate things happen in combat sports.
