يستولي (لوكاس هود) اللص القدير، والسجين السابق على هوية خاصة بمأمور مقتول. لاستغلالها في ممارسة أعماله الإجرامية البشعة، يطارده ماضيه الإجرامي، وخيانته وخداعه لمجموعة من زملائه، ويطبق نوعًا جديدًا من العدالة قوامها الأساسي العنف في كل منعطف، والدم في كل مكان، وبذلك يحول مدينة بانشي مدينة الأمس الهادئة إلى جحيم.
