First Day Out

Stumbled on this movie, and I was just about to cancel it until I got the rhythm and flow of the production. The main character smoke is a standout charismatic and funny. The supporting characters are original and funny and ghetto funny, character and attitudes we all recognize. Most of the movie is underlit, let's call it Robert Altmanesque. The writing and direction and editing, is nothing that I'm sure an adequate budget could take care of, but a fun movie and I will keep my eye on all the principles. They all see to be working with a director with vision and like House Party I see stars..
