I saw Fitting In, starring Maddie Ziegler-West Side Story_2021, The Fallout; Emily Hampshire-Schitt's Creek_tv, 12 Monkeys_tv; Djouliet Amara-Superman & Lois_tv, Honey Girls and D'Pharaoh Woon_A_Tai-Reservation Dogs_tv, Beans. This is a movie about a teen aged girl with a medical problem and how she deals with it. Maddie is the teen that finds out that her vajaja is not fully formed-she is 17 and has never had a period. With this reproductive condition, she probably never will have one or even be able to have children. Emily is her mother that tries to comfort her and Djouliet is her best friend. To make things more difficult, Maddie is at that age of exploring her feminine side and D'Pharaoh-her boyfriend-is not making it any easier. Maddie is consulting with doctors and trying different therapies, including abstaining from having sex, drinking alcohol or anything else most teens usually participate in. It's rated R for language, drug use, drinking and sexual content-all involving teens-and has a running time of 1 hour & 45 minutes. It's not one that I would buy on DVD but it would be alright to stream.
