The Witch and the Beast

This is one of the few anime where the manga is so much better and gorier. I love the animation but a good part of it didn't give me the same feeling I did when reading the manga. The first half of the anime felt a bit dull to me and not In a good way. it kinda scares me as season 2 will definitely cover the vampire arc first and probably the part of the. holy church invasion(or even all of it) as well. Plus the author's health is ass rn too. However I was very happy with how they handled the fight between the demon sword vs Gideau and the great elemental. The animation was truly stellar especially on the side of the great elemental, I was a bit worried about how the cloud would be animated, but they didn't disappoint at all in that area. I only hope that if it ever gets a season 2, for Helga's swords and the archmage summoning the dragon hand to have the same brilliant animation. God bless 🙏🏾❤️❤️
