Ingredients: 3 Cups Easy Cook Long Grain Rice 5 Chilli Peppers (Shombo) 1.5 Medium Onion 2-3 Scotch Bonnet (Rodo) 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 3 Cups Chicken/Beef broth 2 Cups Water 1 Cup Fried Liver 1 Cup Fried Beef 2 Cups Shredded Smoked Fish 2-3 Pieces Cooked Ponmo, diced/sliced (Optional) 1 Cup Smoked Prawns Handful Chopped Spinach, Pumpkin leaves/Ugu, Scent leaves Basil leaves Minced Ginger Minced Garlic Your Preferred Bouillon Cubes Salt to Taste For this recipe, you can use pretty much any protein of your choosing.
