Supercommie is draped in united colors of Bennetton and marches to the beat of SJW drums who are all women. Man exists only to make women look fierce and strong.
My first review about animation movie. Animation is good except very few scenes. Story is different from traditional superman and script is as usual. Middle part is dull.
My wife and I watched it, I'm GLAD we didn't show it to any youth or kids. (in the past we most often could with anything Superman). I have to agree with other reviewers that found how while watching this story you can feel and hear the burn of constant leftist scolding nearly throughout, making America bad, even though at first there is some well deserved exposure served to the Kremlin's ways. Everyone has their faults but in this film they hide which side is worst. Even worse however is the way the film also changed so many characters. Lois Lane became more of an immoral character type instead of anything like the Lois we knew. At moments also the language in this cartoon feature was appalling, It seemed their mission to include strongly anti-Christ and profane outbursts in the message. Disappointed? Definitely. Next time we look for any Superman experience in film we will look elsewhere.
Silly story telling. Insulting feminist lines that are so out of place in the story. Emotionless characters. Had to stop watching it.
Superman is from Russia. We see him as a teen in 1946. Later he kills Stalin and world history is altered by his presence. Lois Lane marries Lex Luthor who eventually becomes President and James B. Olsen, an African-American become Vice President. The film deals with the inner conflicts of Superman raised on Marx and how capitalism enslaves people. The production freely mixes economic and political systems. Also in the feature is Batman, Green lanterns, Diana, and Lex in what looks like a type of Ironman suit. I found things a bit hokey. The language has second-tier swear words. Nice to see Paul Williams (Brainiac) is still alive.
Huge deviations in the story and characterization of the heroes from Mark Millar's book and not even having that wild, mind bending ending. Why adapt this to video if you are going to change so much of what made this unique? Wish I could give it 0.5/10
I found this hard to watch. Why would you change so much from the comics? It really gets on my nerves when you steer so far away from the source material. Wonder Woman wasn't gay in the comics, she was in love with superman, dc found a way to twist that. Superman didn't kill Stalin, Luthor and brainiac were in kahoots with each other. Probably generous giving this 3 stars
This movie literally scrambled every single character in it's very own way Seriously.... everything that we saw right from the beginning of fancy DC cinematic universe, is just flushed in one go. Very very and very disappointing movie
