I laugh so hard that I cough. I love the chemistry of the fantastic duo as well as the lessons learned from the film.
The film is good except for the fact that vampires can drink other vampires' blood. If so, why wouldn't they drink vampires' blood instead of humans'? Except that little fact, the film is quite enjoyable.
Man , this movie is rolling with laughter's, I couldn't say much. Please watch.. Fill your heart with endless laughter. Not sure bout Korean Herald expectation for the Movie as of me, i had great fun watching. Just upset that they have ended the sequels.
Came shortly after the Chinese "Detective Dee" series began, and in many ways oddly similar. "Detective Dee" series is much better story telling & special effects. "Detective K" storytelling is stereotypical murder/horror with attempts at humor. The horror in this case is supposedly vampire (yes, the age old plot hook - it never dies), but you don't see much of that (if any, really). Cute vampiress tries to find her roots, but editing and story itself was all over the place disjointed - no flow or coherence. There was subtitling, but often didn't seem to make story sense or match what was going on. Korean drama should stick to it's car chase crime; rom-coms; and one good fantasy "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho".
