This is how to make Nigerian Spaghetti Jollof for beginners *1 pack spaghetti Parboil with 1-2 Tbspn salt, cook for 5-7 minutes & set aside. Blended peppers combination 4-5 fresh Tomatoes 2 medium size red bell pepper 3 Cayenne Pepper (Shombo) 3-4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) 1/2 kg chicken breast (or any protein of choice) Cut into thin long stripes, Season with 1/4 Tspn Salt (to taste) 1/2 tsp seasoning powder 1/4 tspn garlic , 1/4 tspn onion powder 1/2 tsp black/white pepper, Stir fry till cooked & set aside. Others 1 Green Bell pepper 1 Red Bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 Medium size Onions Season with 1/4 tspn salt (to taste) 1/2 tspn seasoning powder, 1/4 tspn curry & thyme saute for 1-2 minutes & set aside Other ingredients/spices used 1 Medium size Onions 1 Tspn Curry powder 1 Tspn Thyme 1 Tspn white/black pepper Salt to taste. You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
