"Kota Bommali PS serves as a scathing critique of a corrupt system, encompassing politicians, police, and the divisive influence of casteism, even implicating the common man. A Telugu adaptation of the Malayalam film Nayattu, though not quite reaching the heights of its predecessor, it holds its own, especially for those unfamiliar with the original. Set against the backdrop of Srikakulam, the film benefits from well-chosen locations that suit the Telugu version. Subtle script modifications enhance the overall experience. Srikanth and Rahul Vijay deliver commendable performances, while Shivani holds her own. Varalakshmi's portrayal, albeit competent, is hindered by occasional stammering. The background music and cinematography contribute effectively, and the direction is skillful. Kota Bommali PS is undeniably worth a watch for its insightful portrayal of a flawed system."
