If you are looking for a fun South African musical for the whole family, this is a great movie! The set and costumes has a 50's vibe and the music is original and catchy. It features several well known South African actors and musicians. With it being about the music, the movie really doesn't have much of a plot, but that is easily overlooked if you enjoy clean entertainment for the entire family! A good option for adults and kids of all ages who enjoy the simpler things in life!

I kept waiting for the film to get direction but it never did. It's a pity the writers and producers concentrated more on sing and dance for the lack of a plot. Even the love triangle is forced and unconvincing. Nothing interesting happened. This is a 'Grease' wannabe that fell completely flat.
