This movie is showing the power of theives politicians in most of Lot of countries making People poor... They buy police.. They kill.. .. There is no justice in a country like this... Thanks a lot to all editors.. Actors...
This movie is nicely made but some missing facts which are too sensitive. It explained the corruption of the Korean financial problems but this not only happen in Korea. This happens to every country in the world but the difference is the frequency and amount. A bigger economy country will involve more significant amount and with more individuals. Sadly the voters in many countries are blinded by their own greediness and selfishness to vote such politicians to involve more problems in the background.
Without a doubt, "Black Money" ranks up there with "Network", "Z" and other famous political thrillers as amongst the best ever made. As a Westerner, I admit I did have a bit of a hard time following the specifics of the film. It seemed like you'd almost need a primer in South Korean politics and their financial institution to get a firm grasp of the proceedings. In a nutshell, it can be summarized as this - Everybody Has A Price If The Price Is Right. Within that context, it's easy to see why so many people back oligarchs like, say, Trump even if they despise him - there's money to be made from stroking his ego. Yeah, it's selling one's soul, but this is a common occurrence around the world. Sad.
